A rainy Sunday didn't keep Caleb home!

Even thought it was raining today in NYC, Caleb couldn't wait to go out and play with his friend and neighbor, Blake, who was in Florida last week visiting his grandparents! So mommies and boys ventured out to The Children's Museum. Here the boys are playing life-size Light Brights! Remember that game?

Then we went to lunch at Dean's Pizzeria around the corner. The restaurant is very kid friendly. They bring rolls over to the table as soon as you sit down. And thank goodness ... no toys needed at this meal!

Saturday Morning Ritual

Every Saturday morning, Caleb and Daddy read the paper together. As you can see, his favorite section today was the Book Review.

Detour on the way home from school today!

Caleb and Mommy took a detour on the way home from school today. We walked home through Riverside Park and made a stop at the 83rd Street Playground. Mr. Garutti LOVES the swings!

Tonight during dinner Auntie Lizzy called. She sung Caleb a song and as you can tell ... he liked it!

Tonight Caleb and Nana talked on the phone. Here is Caleb telling Nana that he loves her by pushing the cell phone buttons with his teeth. He is advanced!

Pre-Easter Photo Shoot

Today Caleb had picture day at school! So since he was dressed all handsome, Carla took advantage and did a pre-Easter photo shoot! Here he is with his Easter Beanie Baby. Do you think that he looks like a McGrath today?

Caleb gets a visit from Aunt Arianna

On Saturday, Caleb's Aunt Arianna (as well as Granddad and Mimi) paid Caleb a visit at home. THey were on their way to a Broadway show and swung by the UWS to see their favorite New Yorker! Here Caleb shows Aunt Arianna how he uses the drum sticks she gave him for his first birthday.

Happy St Patrick's Day, Caleb O'Garutti

On St Patrick's Day everyone is Irish! Including Caleb O'Garutti. CJ was a bit under the weather that day but Pops McGrath (100% Irish) took the young laddy buck to the 250th annual St Patrick's Day parade on 5th Avenue. They had a great time with lots of craic! Pops and CJ met up with Grammy and Sean (also 100% Irish) who was treating Devon (Caleb's 3 1/2 year old cousin) to her first parade in NYC! Thankfully, a few days later, CJ was back to normal!

Caleb turns 1!

Welcome to Caleb's blog! He turned one year old on Saturday, February 28th. We had a big party at home to celebrate the occasion. We ate cake and custard and everyone sung him happy birthday. That was his favorite part of the day!
